Canada's WestJet Airlines schedule without Boeing 737 MAX until Nov. 4

Canada's WestJet Airlines on Monday said it has removed the Boeing 737 MAX jet from its network schedule through Nov. 4, as the plane's grounding drags on longer than carriers previously expected.
