Dallas firm sells two Texas ranches with combined $84M price tag

A Dallas-based real estate sales and marketing firm has sold two nearby ranches with a combined price tag of nearly $84 million in a 14,500-acre package deal. Icon Global Group sold the Hageman Reserve and Sulphur Bluff Ranch, two contiguous properties in the unincorporated community of Sulphur Bluff in Hopkins County about 98 miles east of Dallas.
