Real estate related companies dominate fastest-growing Middle Market 50 list

Half of the 50 companies on The List were in real estate-related industries — including 12 in construction. These companies accounted for a large portion of the Middle Market 50’s revenue in 2018. In total, real estate-related companies made more than $4.76 billion, while the entire pool of companies made nearly $9.31 billion in the same time frame. That means real estate-related companies earned more than half of the entire List’s revenue.
