Joe Biden responds to accusation of kiss: 'Never did I believe I acted inappropriately'

Lucy Flores, a former Democratic nominee for lieutenant governor in Nevada, accused former vice president Joe Biden of kissing the back of her head during a rally in 2014. Biden, who is expected to announce his plans for the 2020 presidential race, responded to the accusation on Sunday.
