Medicare's most despicable, indefensible fraud hotspot: Hospice care

Medicare fraud is a huge problem that costs the federal government as much as $60 billion a year, and abuse of government health care spending is rising in hospice care, according to a new report from the Inspector General at the Department of Health and Human Services.
