THE WOODLANDS, Texas - June 8, 2018 - PRLog -- - Amazing Spaces® Storage Centers, along with their clients, business partners, and neighbors, recently raised $10,000 for Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands. The fundraiser for Texas Children's Hospital was performed to celebrate the opening of Amazing Spaces' 6th property, serving the Springwoods and Exxon Campus communities. "One of our operational pillars is to give back to the communities in which we service," discusses Scott Tautenhahn, President of Amazing Spaces. "We saw the grand opening of our newest property as an opportunity to do something amazing for our community. Texas Children's Hospital is an invaluable asset to the area and we know the funds raised will impact the lives of so many in need."
Amazing Spaces started fundraising for Texas Children's Hospital in the Fall of 2017. "Raising $10,000 is not an easy feat for a company the size of ours," recounts Sabrina Cruthird, Property Manager of the new Amazing Spaces location. "We succeeded in achieving our goal with the support of our clients, neighbors, and business partners. Our team asked every person who visited one of our properties to donate."
Amazing Spaces also contacted their business partners to donate to the fundraisers. Edgecomb & Associates, Trinity Real Estate Finance, Rowland Construction, Chateau Products, Inc, Johnnie T. Melia Moving & Storage, Envirocom, Daniel Movers, UBC, Texas Self Storage Association, Corporate Housing Associates, Brothers Lighting & Electrical, Empire Electric Co., Atlas Movers, Assessment Advisors, Inc., Sitelink, Quick Number Door Numbers, A Better Tripp Moving & Storage, Penske Truck Rentals, Chick-Fil-A, and AAA Boxes all joined in to support this initiative. In addition to these efforts, Amazing Spaces donated a portion of the income at the new property from the first 30 days of operation. Thanks to the unification of all these efforts, Amazing Spaces was able to present Texas Children's Hospital The Woodlands with a check for $10,000 on June 1st, 2018.
