Aug 22 (Reuters) - Energy Transfer sued Greenpeace and other environmental groups, saying they had spread "materially false and misleading information" about the company and its Dakota Access Pipeline. The pipeline operator alleged that Greenpeace, Earth First and other organizations engaged in "acts of terrorism" to fraudulently raise donations and interfere with its pipeline construction activities, thereby damaging its "critical business and financial relationships".
