The class in this case has not yet been certified, and until certification occurs, you are not represented by an attorney. If you choose to take no action, you can remain an absent class member.
The complaint alleges that during the Class Period, Wins Finance made materially false and/or misleading statements regarding its projected earnings, valuation, and future business operations which artificially inflated the price of the Company’s shares. On March 30, 2017, SeekingAlpha.com published an article stating that the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission is actively investigating Wins Finance for alleged “market manipulation.” When this news was announced, shares of Wins Finance fell in value, causing investors harm.
