Sources: Mark Cuban ready to land Design District site for new Mavs practice facility, HQ

According to real estate sources, Dallas Mavericks owner Mark Cuban has decided he'd like to buy a 10-acre site in the Dallas Design District along N. Stemmons Freeway, which sources say he plans on using to develop a new Mavs practice facility and headquarters.
