Exclamation Reports First Quarter Financial Results For The Three Months Ended March 31, 2014

Q1 Highlights:
- Generated Portfolio Return* of +9.2% on the year, based on average investments of $2.95 million over the trailing 12 months. (*Portfolio Return consists of interest income, dividends, realized and unrealized gains and losses, and the recovery of fees from investments.)
- As at March 31, 2014, total investments at fair value were $2.99 million as compared to $2.9 million at December 31, 2013, an increase of $85K or +2.8% increase in quarter; and
- Net asset value per share of $0.08, same as at December 31, 2013.
