NYSE board to consider Nasdaq-ICE bid: report

The board of NYSE Euronext was set to meet Sunday to decide how to approach a bid for the New York Stock Exchange from rival Nasdaq OMX Group Inc. and IntercontinentalExchange Inc., according to a media report.
