On April 29, 2010, IKONICS Corporation (the “Company”) held its 2010 Annual Meeting of
Shareholders. At the 2010 Annual Meeting, each of the Company’s seven directors was re-elected to
serve as a director until the next annual meeting of shareholders or until his or her successor is
duly elected and qualified. The number of votes cast for and withheld from each nominee and the
