On January 19, 2006, PetMed Express, Inc. was added as a defendant in the matter of Yali Golan v. Marc Puleo (former President and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company), filed in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit in and for Miami-Dade County, Florida. On March 30, 2007 the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida granted the Company's motion to dismiss all counts of the complaint against the Company.
