Attached is an English translation of the letter dated June 19, 2014 filed by the Company with the Comisión Nacional de Valores and the Bolsa de Comercio de Buenos Aires:

 
 
 

By letter dated June 19, 2014 the Company reported that the Shareholders' Meeting held on June 19, 2014, passed the following resolutions:
 
I) Appointment of two shareholders to sign the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting:
The Shareholders Meeting approved by majority vote the appointment of the representatives of the Bank of New York Melllon (BONY), ANSES FGS y CRESUD SACIF  y A,  to approve and sign the minutes of the Shareholders Meeting.     
 
II) The partial reversal of "Reserves for New Projects" for up to the sum of Ps. 56,625,000. , based on account balances as of June 30, 2013, to make a cash dividend.
 
III) Payment of a cash dividend for shareholders, charged to the accounts above mentioned for up to the sum of Ps. 56,625,000 and pro rata to the respective shares within the limits of law.
