Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On June 17 2013, Noble Roman's, Inc. (the "Company") announced an expansion
of its "Take-N-Bake" franchise concept in a news bulletin. A copy of that news
bulletin is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
