ITEM 5.07    SUBMISSION OF MATTERS TO A VOTE OF SECURITY HOLDERS

On July 28, 2016, KEMET Corporation (the “Company”) held its Annual Meeting of Stockholders (the “Annual Meeting”). At the Annual Meeting, three proposals were voted upon by the Company’s stockholders. The proposals are described in the Company’s definitive proxy statement filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission on June 9, 2016. The following are the voting results for each matter submitted to the Company’s stockholders at the Annual Meeting.
