On May 17, 2017, Jessica E. Clark submitted her resignation as Senior Vice President, Director of Commercial and Specialty Lines of State Auto Financial Corporation (the “Company”). Her resignation is effective May 26, 2017. A copy of the press release announcing Ms. Clark’s resignation is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.
