Item 7.01   Regulation FD

Questar Corporation has nominated Mr. R. D. Cash to serve an additional three-year term on the board of directors, effective May 15, 2007. Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS) has recommended a withhold vote. Mr. Cash, a director since 1977, served as the Company’s chief executive officer from October 1984 to May 2002. For that reason, the ISS deems Mr. Cash an “affiliated outsider”, and recommends a withhold vote because Mr. Cash serves on the Company’s Governance and Nominating Committee,

In response to institutional-investor concerns about the ISS recommendation, on May 1, 2007, R. D. Cash resigned from the Company’s Governance/Nominating Committee.
