(1) | An option to purchase 350,000 shares of common stock was granted to the reporting person on 11/8/16, subject to the satisfaction of certain performance conditions. On 4/13/18, a portion of the performance conditions were deemed to have been met, resulting in 100,000 shares earned. The remaining option to purchase 250,000 shares was canceled. Half of the achieved portion of the option grant is immediately exercisable and the remaining 50% will vest on 12/31/18. |
