(the "Company") is filing this Registration Statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission (the "Commission") to register an additional 947,460 shares of Class A Nonvoting Common Stock under the Company's 2010 Stock Incentive Plan, as amended pursuant to stockholder approval obtained at the Company's Annual Meeting of Stockholders on November 7, 2017. This Registration Statement on Form S-8 hereby incorporates by reference the contents of the Company's Registration Statement on Form S-8 filed with the Commission on May 26, 2010 (Registration No. 333-167101).
