Item 7.01 Regulation FD Disclosure.
On January 11, 2006, Mobile Satellite Ventures LP (the “MSV Joint Venture”) issued a press release. SkyTerra Communications, Inc., through its 80% owned subsidiary, MSV Investors LLC, which own 23% of the MSV Joint Venture on an undiluted basis, is an active participant in the joint venture. A copy of the press release is being furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K.
