(b). Trinity Industries, Inc. announced today that Martin Graham intends to retire as President of Trinity North American Freight Car, Inc. effective January 15, 2008. Mr. Graham intends to continue to work for and on behalf of Trinity Industries, Inc. in a reduced capacity through December 31, 2009. The terms of Mr. Graham’s transition agreement have not been finalized.
