On December 14, 2004, Insight Enterprises, Inc. announced by press release the placing of 12,638,889 shares of common stock of PlusNet plc ("PlusNet"), on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange (Symbol PNT), representing all of the remaining shares of PlusNet common stock owned by Insight Enterprises.
