On May 25, 2016, Energy Transfer Equity, L.P. (“ETE” or the “Partnership”) issued a press release announcing that in connection with ETE’s pending acquisition of Williams, the registration statement of Energy Transfer Corp LP (“ETC”) on Form S-4 has been declared “effective” by the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (“SEC”). A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1 and incorporated by reference herein.
