(1) On October 27,2015, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. granted the reporting person restricted stock totaling 885 shares. The restricted stock vests 33 1/3% at the end of one year, 66 2/3% at the end of two years, and 100% at the end of three years.
(2) On October 25, 2011, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. granted the reporting person options to purchase shares of the Company's common stock at $15.73 per share. The options vest 20% at the end of two years, 40% at the end of three years, 60% at the end of four years, 80% at the end of five years and 100% at the end of six years.
(3) On October 22, 2013, First Financial Bankshares, Inc. granted the reporting person options to purchase shares of the Company's common stock at $30.85 per share. The options vest 20% at the end of two years, 40% at the end of three years, 60% at the end of four years, 80% at the end of five years and 100% at the end of six years.
