Mr. Ford is Chief Executive Officer and a Managing Director of General Atlantic LLC ("GA LLC") and a general partner of GAPCO II. GA LLC is the general partner of GAP 77 and GAP-W, and the sole member of GapStar. The general partners of GAPCO II are also Managing Directors of GA LLC. Mr. Ford disclaims beneficial ownership of such shares except to the extent of his pecuniary interest therein. This Form 4 is not being filed to report any new transactions. The reporting person's original Form 4, dated November 8, 2007, correctly reported the transactions described on Table I thereto, but mistakenly reported the total number of shares owned by GAP-W following the reported transactions. |
