Item 2.02 Results of Operations and Financial Condition

On May 9, 2018, Superior Industries International, Inc. (“Superior” or the “Company”) issued a press release announcing the results of operations for the first quarter of 2018 and reaffirmed its outlook for 2018. A copy of the press release is furnished as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
