Section (b)

 

On April 15, 2015, inContact, Inc., agreed to accept the resignation of Mariann McDonagh, a named executive officer, from her employment with inContact in all capacities, effective May 8, 2015. At the time of resignation, Ms. McDonagh served in the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer.
