Today, January 31, 2011, the Executive Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Amarin Corporation plc (the “Company”) distributed a special letter to its shareholders reviewing the Company’s performance in 2010 and providing information on the Company’s goals for 2011. This special letter was also issued as a press release, which is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto and hereby incorporated by reference.
