Effective September 3, 2010, Thomas E. Pabst ceased to be the Chief Operating Officer of Great American Group, Inc. (the “Company”) and is no longer an employee of the Company. Harvey M. Yellen, the Company’s Vice-Chairman and President, has assumed the responsibilities of Mr. Pabst.
