On September 2, 2010, Sunoco, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that Frederick A. “Fritz” Henderson joined the Company as a Senior Vice President to help prepare for the previously announced plan to separate SunCoke Energy, Inc. from the Company. Mr. Henderson, 52, former President and Chief Executive Officer of General Motors, will become the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of SunCoke Energy, upon completion of the planned separation.
