On November 17, 2008, Flotek Industries, Inc. (“Flotek”) issued a press release announcing that Jerry Dumas, Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and President of Flotek, will preside as a keynote speaker at the Houston Energy Financial Forum being held at The Houstonian Hotel in Houston, Texas, on November 19, 2008.
A copy of the press release announcing Mr. Dumas’s participation at the Houston Energy Financial Forum is being furnished herewith as Exhibit 99.1.
