On September 5, 2007, Ventas, Inc. (the “Company”) announced that its Board of Directors declared a regular quarterly dividend of $0.475 per share, payable in cash on September 28, 2007 to stockholders of record on September 17, 2007. The dividend is the third quarterly installment of the Company’s 2007 annual dividend.
