On March 26, 2007, Indevus Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that it had provided an update to its ongoing Phase III pharmacokinetic trial for testosterone undecanoate (NEBIDO), a long-acting injectable testosterone therapy under development for the treatment of male hypogonadism. A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and is incorporated herein by reference.
