Other Events. |
On February 23, 2006, ArvinMeritor, Inc. announced that it had entered into a definitive agreement to sell its Light Vehicle Aftermarket Purolator filters business in North America to Bosch and MANN+HUMMEL. The expected proceeds of the sale will be $170 million in cash. Consummation of the transaction is subject to customary closing conditions, including receipt of regulatory approvals.
