Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers.

On August 22, 2006, Robert M. Beauchamp resigned from his position as a director of Community Capital Bancshares, Inc. (the “Company”). Mr. Beauchamp was a Class III director of the Company, and his term as a director was not scheduled to expire until 2008. There were no disagreements between Mr. Beauchamp and the Company that led to Mr. Beauchamp’s resignation.
