Innospec Inc. announced by a press release dated February 22, 2008 that its Board of Directors had declared a semi-annual dividend of $0.050 (five cents) per share of common stock. The cash dividend will be payable on April 4, 2008 to holders of record of the Corporation's common stock at close of business on March 14, 2008.
