(1)	These shares were gifted from the RLS Trust to the RLS 2000 Charitable Remainder Unitrust. After this transaction, the reporting person beneficially owns 592,694 shares in the RLS Trust and 100,000 shares in the RLS 2000 Charitable Remainder Unitrust.
