On February 28, 2019, Shenandoah Telecommunications Company (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial position as of December 31, 2018, results of operations for the three and twelve months ended December 31, 2018, and other related information. The Company also posted supplemental earnings presentation materials on the investor section of the Company’s website at www.Shentel.com.
