Other Events. ------------ Nokia and Samsung Litigation Update. ----------------------------------- On February 27, 2008, Nokia Inc. and Nokia Corporation (collectively, "Nokia") filed a motion to extend the Target Date in the United States International Trade Commission ("USITC") investigation captioned In re Certain 3G Mobile Handsets and Components Thereof, Investigation No. 337-TA-613 ("Investigation"). On March 4, 2008, Samsung Electronics Co. Ltd and its affiliates involved in the Investigation ("Samsung") joined Nokia's motion. On March 6, 2008, InterDigital Technology Corp. and InterDigital Communications, LLC filed an opposition to this motion. On March 11, 2008, the Honorable Paul J. Luckern, the Administrative Law Judge overseeing the Investigation, issued an order denying the motion to extend the Target Date. The evidentiary hearing in the Investigation is scheduled for April 21 - May 1, 2008. Judge Luckern is scheduled to file his initial determination by July 11, 2008, and the USITC is scheduled to render a final determination in the Investigation by the Target Date of November 12, 2008.
