Departure of Directors or Principal Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Principal Officers
 
Our VP of Biologics, Jesus Hernandez, resigned effective July 30, 2011 and we promoted Darrel Holmes to the position of Chief Operating Officer to oversee all of the Company’s operations. Information for Darrel Holmes required by Items 401(b), (d), (e) and Item 404(a) of Regulation S-K is contained in our Proxy Statement filed with the SEC on June 8, 2011 and incorporated by reference herein.
