On September 8, 2008, Neuralstem, Inc. (“Company”) issued a press release announcing that Richard Garr, the Company’s CEO, will be a featured panelist at the 2008 World Stem Cell Summit in Madison, Wisconsin on September 22, 2008.

A copy of that press release is attached to this report as Exhibit 99.1.
