On July 2, 2014, Meadowbrook Insurance Group, Inc. issued a press release announcing the passing of its Director and Chairman of the Board Mr. David K. Page on July 1, 2014.  President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert S. Cubbin will serve as Interim Chairman of the Board until the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of Directors in late July, where the Board will elect a permanent Chairperson from the independent Board members.  A copy of the press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 hereto.
