As of May 4, 2006, we were notified by The Capital Group Companies, Inc., 333 South Hope Street, Los Angeles, California 90071-1406, USA, that their interest in Dialog Semiconductor Plc, London (ISIN GB0059822006) has increased above 10% to 10.1% on May 3, 2006. Thereof 10.1% of voting rights are assigned to The Capital Group Companies, Inc. in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 and section 22 para. 1 sentence 2 and sentence 3 WpHG.
