Results of Operations and Financial Condition
On August 7, 2008, Imperial Industries, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing that the Company will host a conference call to discuss its financial results for the second quarter and six months ended June 30, 2008 at 9:00 am EST on Friday, August 15, 2008. A copy of the press release is attached hereto as Exhibit 99.1.
