(b) On May 17, 2007, Thomas E. Gay III, Catalyst Semiconductor, Inc.’s Vice President, Finance and Administration and Chief Financial Officer, announced that he had resigned from Catalyst Semiconductor to be effective on May 31, 2007 to accept a similar position at another company.
