Item 5.03. Amendments to Articles of Incorporation or Bylaws; Change in Fiscal Year.
On May 25, 2006, Monolithic System Technology, Inc. held its 2006 Annual Meeting of Stockholders. At the meeting, the stockholders approved an amendment to the certificate of incorporation to change the corporations name from Monolithic System Technology, Inc. to MoSys, Inc.
On May 25, 2006, the amendment to the certificate of incorporation approved by stockholders was filed with the Secretary of State of the State of Delaware. As of this date, the corporations new name is MoSys, Inc.
