Item 2.02  Results of Operations and Financial Condition.

On May 16, 2016, Dynatronics Corporation issued a press release to report the results of its operations for the third fiscal quarter ended March 31, 2016. The release also announced that the Company would hold a conference call with investors by telephone and provided access information, date and time for the conference call.
