On May 9, 2013, we and ONEOK Partners, L.P. (ONEOK Partners) announced we will participate at the Citi Global Energy and Utilities Conference on Wednesday, May 15, 2013, in Boston, Massachusetts. A copy of the news release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 and is incorporated herein by reference.

The conference will be webcast and will be accessible on ONEOK and ONEOK Partners’ websites, www.oneok.com, www.oneokpartners.com. A replay of the webcast will be archived for 30 days.

The company will also post the presentation on its website on Tuesday, May 14, 2013, beginning at 8 a.m. Eastern Daylight Time (7 a.m. Central Daylight Time).
