The Series A 12.0% Cumulative Senior Preferred Stock had a face value of $1,000 per share and was converted into Common Stock at a conversion price equal to the initial public offering price of $18 per share, resulting in a conversion of 125 shares of Series A 12.0% Cumulative Senior Preferred Stock into 6,944 shares of Common Stock. |
